In all session I strive to create a safe and respectful space for healing and relaxation. As laid out in the consent form appropriate behavior is expected in all sessions. Massage is for therapeutic and relaxation purposes ONLY. There is zero tolerance for inappropriate behavior. In the event of inappropriate behavior your session will be ended, the full service cost will be due, you will not be allowed any further bookings, and a police report will be filed depending on the behavior exhibited.
To best serve all clients and keep appointments running smoothly, we kindly ask for at least twenty-four (24) hours’ notice if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment. Changes made with less than twenty-four (24) hours’ notice will result in a fee of 50% of the scheduled service for the first occurrence, 75% for the second occurrence, and 100% for the third and any additional occurrences.
If you arrive late, your session may be shortened to respect the time of clients scheduled after you, and the full service fee will still apply. Arrivals of fifteen (15) minutes or more past the scheduled start time may be considered a no-show at the practitioner’s discretion.
Missed appointments without notice are considered no-shows and will be charged the full cost of the scheduled service. No-show fees are due before booking future services.
Upon completing a request of an appointment you will be sent an intake form and a consent form. Please read through all sections and answer questions to the best of your knowledge. Read the consent form in its entirety prior to signing and agreeing.
Massage is great for any age group, however if the client is under 18 a parent or legal guardian is required to remain in the room during the entirety of the session; If the guardian needs to leave the room for any reason the massage therapist will also leave the room until the guardian returns. This same policy is required if the client is suffering from any memory ailments such as Dementia or Alzheimer's.
